Shipping

We aim to ship insotck items within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of recieving cleared payment, if you choose to pay by cheque we will not despatch your goods untill your cheque has cleared. For custom orders we will contact you within 48 hours to give you an estimated despatch date, and if nessecary to discuss your exact requirements.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are returned in usused and resaleable conditon. We are not able to refund custom orders unless they are faulty. We will not refund the cost of postage, and we strongly recomend that you obtain proof of postage as we will not be able to accept responsibility for returns that we do not recieve.
